1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, AfterPay, and Apple Pay.

2. When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order ships. Charges only apply to shipped items, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.

3. How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 12PM PST typically ship the same day. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery time varies between 1–7 business days depending on your location.

4. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship to all U.S. territories and military addresses via USPS. Delivery may take 5–9 business days, or up to 21 days for certain APO/FPO locations.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. How do I know if my order shipped?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to your order confirmation page. Registered users can also log in to your account to check order status.

7. Can I make changes to my shipping address or order after I've placed my order?
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to view order updates.

1. What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 30 days of the shipment date. Please view our return policy for detailed terms and conditions.

2. How many days do I have to send a return?
You have 30 days from the date your order shipped to return eligible items.

3. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please visit our Return Center and follow the step-by-step instructions. For more details, check our Return Policy. 

4. I returned an item. When will I receive my exchange or refund?
Once a return package is received, it may take 2-5 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, exchange or refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your account.

5. I want to return an item that was on sale. Do you accept it?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

6. I have the item and return form ready. What do I do now?
You are ready to ship the item back out to us!

We specialize in tween girls’ clothing, designed for ages 7–14. Our collections feature stylish, age-appropriate apparel ranging from casual basics to boho-inspired looks, including tops, dresses, sets, outerwear, and even Mommy & Me styles. We also offer a growing line of beauty products made just for tweens, like lip gloss, nail polish, and more. All safe, fun, and perfect for creative self-expression!

2. Do you have a size chart?
Yes! You can find our full tween size chart here. 

3. How does your sizing run?
Our fit is generally true to size. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page and reading fit notes when available.

4. Do you offer styling tips or outfit inspiration?

5. Do you sell women’s clothing in addition to tween styles?
